Tierras y vinos nació de la huida, de la salida del encierro hacia el origen del fruto, la maduración libre de la uva y el trabajo de quienes ven crecer sus cepas, las conservan desde la raíz hasta la cosecha. La elaboración del vino es una tarea infinita, como infinitas son sus variedades, en su terruño se vuelve autóctono, y la mano del enólogo lo hace único. La vid crece sola en tierra árida, soporta heladas, se retuerce con ira y ofrece sus yemas al sol primaveral. El verano da color a los viñedos con hojas verdes, rojas, amarillas, y dulzor al grano cargado de sabor. El viticultor ayuda a preservar su autenticidad, recoge con cuidado los racimos brillantes y apretados de jugo listos para fermentar. Y comienza la magia…
Lands and wines was born from the flight towards the origin of the fruit, the free ripening of the grape and the work of those who see their vines grow, preserve it from its roots to the harvest. The elaboration of the wines is an infinite task, as the varieties are infinite, in its terroir it becomes autochthonous, and the hand of the winemaker makes it unique. The vine grows alone on the arid land, endures frost, wriggles in anger and offers its buds to the spring sun. The summer gives colour to the vineyards with green, red, yellow leaves, sweetness to the grain loaded with flavour. The winegrower helps but does not detract, carefully picks up the bright, tight clusters of juice ready to be fermented. So then the magic begins…
